1. Appointment Cancellation
You may cancel your consultation by notifying us through:

To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
2. Rescheduling Appointments

You may request to reschedule a confirmed appointment at least 12 hours in advance.

Rescheduling is allowed only once per booking and is subject to availability.

If you fail to attend the rescheduled session, no refund will be provided.
3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation time are not eligible for a refund.

If you fail to attend the appointment without any prior notice (no-show), no refund will be issued.
4. Refund Eligibility
A refund will be provided in the following cases:

You cancel the consultation at least 24 hours in advance.

A technical or scheduling error on our part prevents the consultation from taking place.

We are unable to provide the consultation due to an unforeseen issue from our side (e.g., expert unavailability).
Refunds will not be provided for:

User-side technical issues (e.g., internet outage, login failure)

Dissatisfaction with the consultation outcome

Late cancellations or no-shows
5. Refund Process
If eligible, your refund will be processed as follows:

It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.

7. Discretionary Refunds
